Payments and refunds

How can i pay for my purchase?
You can comfortably pay for your purchase through bank transfer, Paypal, ATM, Payshop and Hipay.
Can i make exchanges?
Yes, but only on damaged equipment, or equipment that was sent in the wrong size (we don’t exchange coffee). You have 14 days* counting from the delivery date and you can proceed to the Exchange in two ways:
  1. Through mail or e-mail, contacting us through the online store.
  2. After receiving the article, the estimated time to resolve the matter varies between 3 to 5 work days.
* In case of exchanging for the exact same article/size, the shipping costs, as a courtesy, will be paid by Fábrica Coffee Roasters. The shipping costs are sole responsibility of the customer, and the customer should repack the articles he wishes to Exchange in the same way he received them. The customer shall package the article and correctly fill in the personal information as well as the address fields. If you’d like, you can visit us, and do the exchange in the shop, simply bring the invoice and article and you can ask for the exchange.
Can i return articles?
Yes, if you are not satisfied be it for aesthetic reasons or size, damaged article, (we do not accept coffee returns), you may return the article(s) based on the reason explained above (return), in case the problem is a flawed article you can request our support simply by contacting us through our e-mail.
Can i get a refund?
Yes, in case the ordered article(s) don’t match your expectations or if there isn’t enough stock to fulfill your order. To get your refund, please contact us by e-mail and send us your NIB number, the refund may take up to 5 work days. If the articles are returned incomplete, damaged, or used, we will not accept them. (we do not accept coffee returns)
