STEP 1
Preparation
Rinse the filter with hot water to remove the paper flavor
Discard water

STEP 2
Carefully place coffee in the bottom of filter
Level the coffee grounds

STEP 3
Brew
Start timer
Pour 30g of hot water in 15 seconds, starting in the center and spiraling outward over the entire surface area of your grounds
Aim to wet the entirety of your coffee
Wait another 15 seconds before pouring again

STEP 4
Pour the remaining 200 g of water, 50g at a time, taking small breaks
Never let the water drain completely
You want to finish pouring so the water has enough time to drain, meeting the desired brewing time
Adjust grind size to meet ideal brewing time and desired flavor

STEP 6
Discard filter and serve using preheated cups
