The San Martin Farm, “Caramelo Doce” is located in the middle of the Cerrado of Central Brazil in the federal state of Minas Gerais, near the district of Patrocinio. It covers a total area of 35 hectares and belongs to Mr. Nelson Rivellini, which continues a tradition with more than 100 years. In addition to the traditional processing method, Fazenda San Martin applies the natural method. After harvesting the cherries the pulp is removed and placed to dry in African beds. Process that helps protect the environment.
